Help: Global blockade

Hello, mi global account is locked for no reason. I can't edit in any of the projects. I have received a message that says:

”The blocking is done for Stanglavine. The reason is 'no open proxies/Webhosts'”

I can't to use my PC for editing, but can to use others devices. My IP is 45.128.39.46, and the range of IPs blocking is 45.128.39.0/24. My user in all projects is User:Goldorak. Help me, please.

@Goldorak: Your account is not blocked. Rather, the IP you mention is in a range used, most likely by a VPN service. Could you please try to turn it off and see if you can edit again? —MarcoAurelio (talk) 15:47, 5 July 2022 (UTC)

Request for temporal translatewiki adminship

Hello- Following up to my last request, may I make the following request given the urgency around translation? We are announcing the launch the AfroCreatives WikiProject +film campaign on Monday and expect a great deal of traffic to Meta in 3 languages. This is all coming together rather quickly with ongoing translation taking place. My question: while I appreciate the reasons for not granting me admin status, would it be possible to extend it to me in on a short-term basis? Specifically, until the 16th of July when the campaign launches. I don't understand why you need it. Translatewiki translation adminship is a niche right needed only to mark project coordination pages on the domain translatewiki.net. This does not seem to be what you are looking for. ~~~~

Not done The regular process should be followed. Even then, I would see no need for the right. You don't even know which right exactly you are seeking. But translation admins have already been very supportive for your project in marking pages for translation. Also it's not fair to ask translators to waste their time trying to follow all of the supposed "last minute changes and additions". Hello, could I be given the autopatrol right please? I am a sysop on enwiki (and have been for many years) and deleted an attack userpage on enwiki today, only to notice that this caused the meta version of the page to appear, which was also an attack page. It would be nice if I could blank+deletion nominate such pages directly on meta, but the abuse filter prevents me from fixing this problem myself. Thank you for your consideration! A Clearly misuse of access in @Arwikiquote

Me, who is a prolific article creator in Arwikiquote just been affected by a misuse of access from a local admin, فيصل (Faisal). He blocked me for a week, Because of an excuse that cannot be taken seriously at all, I really can not believe it. An unfamiliarity with being Wikiquotian from he who has gained local consensus from ArWikipedians wikiquote:ar:ويكي الاقتباس:إداريون/أرشيف#تجديد الصلاحيَّات الإدارية/فيصل, and never wrote an article .His first excuse is "Adding unrelated pictures to the character of article". There is a lack of Image use policy in Arwikiquote, but i followed other 8 wikiquotes which confirmed this policy. He also accused me of using unsourced quotes, basically shows he confused me with another user or what? because I use extensively only sourced quotes. I even made some citation templates, better than EnWikiquote, exampels: see sources of wikiquote:ar:نادين لبكي , wikiquote:ar:أمين معلوف, wikiquote:ar:نجم والي, wikiquote:ar:أبو القاسم الشابي, wikiquote:ar:جبران خليل جبران . Looks like we need an emergency intervention for unblocking me, and desysoping him. This cannot be discussed locally, due to the small number of users; Although the other two admins are half-active and I pinged them, I am waiting. But I am sure this topic should have been mentioned in Metawiki as well. So, I am reporting a clearly misuse of access in Arwikiquote from Faisal.

I like to mention that فيصل deleted some articles with sourced quotes with no reason, like "wikiquote:ar:صدام الحضارات (Clash of Civilizations), wikiquote:ar:الناطقون بالفرنسية (Organisation internationale de la Francophoni), wikiquote:ar: مقتل صامويل باتي (Murder of Samuel Paty). wikiquote:ar:إرهاب منسوب للمسلمين (Islam and terrorism). Forbid ukranian WP crowdfunds on ukranian military forces

There is the page (translation) that calls to donate money to ukranian military forces.

1. I do think it's against any WP rules. I never saw calls to donate to Afganistan, Australia, China, Iraq, Italy or Korea military forces. If I'm wrong - please, correct.

2. I do think this page could be a cause to block the entire WP in Russia. That's why it requires WMF official response. This page looks like local ukranian administrators action, not like WP ones. homk 17:42, 12 July 2022 (UTC)

It appears to be a resources page for the Ukrainian Wikipedia community from Wikimedia Ukraine, the region's affiliate. Meta:RFH is the wrong place to oppose this page; that would be on ukwiki, through whatever processes exist there. Ukwiki obviously will ignore the discussion - if ukwiki threads the page as a violation, they'd delete it a long time ago. But ukranian administrations' actions could affect the whole community. That's why the discussion should be here, not on ukwiki forum. -- Homk (talk) 18:42, 12 July 2022 (UTC)

It is not a reader-facing page. It's an internal support page directed towards contributors, and makes clear that it is not an article. interface admin access for Tulsi

Was "WhichUserAmI/global.css"

I thought of moving the page directly into their userspace from mainspace rather than deleting it. I tried, but noticed couldn't able to move it because I am not an Interface admin. Main Page/sco

If someone could please delete Main Page/sco, a page that I created, along with all of its translations, that would be great. After seeing a few incidents that were based on people not knowing Scots at all, I fear I could do damage to the Scots language myself.
