@AlPaD Autopatrol doesn't do much here (except some filter bypass) and there is no harm in leaving it there for a recently deceased users. Removing the right do nothing but might be a little disrespectful to the passed on user. We do remove higher access rights such as sysop from deceased users but for those lesser sensitive ones like autopatrol there isn't really much harm in leaving. This is the least we can do to respect the valuable wikimedian who had just left us. Exceptions do occur if the user specifically asked for in their "will". This is different from locked users who are locked based on disruptions. Hope you understand. Having said that, since this thread existed and there's this dialogue, I will go ahead to remove the access as leaving it there with this RFH thread pending is even more disrespectful IMHO. Done. Bot inactivity review (April 2023)

Per Meta:Bots § Removal bullet point 3, bot accounts that have made no edits or log actions for 14 continuous months will have their bot flags removed by a bureaucrat. Operators will be warned seven days in advance before removal can take place. If the operator replies and states that they will intend to be active again with the bot, removal won't take place.

@41.143.191.64 there was a lot of crosswiki abuse coming from your IP range [8].
