Reason(s): These accounts are vandalism-only accounts blocked on Chinese Wikipedia recently, with very similar disruptive behaviour. This user has been vandalizing Taiwan-related biography articles for several months, by adding factual errors, libel or hoaxes. Today, this user tried to imitate other LTAs on Chinese Wikipedia. What's more, this user tends to be quite familiar with Chinese Wikipedia (disrupting WP:AIV etc.), which is incredible. So, I put the request for sleeper check.
