Cridades comunitàries

El Grup de Treball de Desenvolupament de Lideratge (LDWG) va publicar l’esborrany de definició per a comentaris i revisió de la comunitat el 15 de setembre de 2022. Estem recopilant comentaris i comentaris fins al 6 d'octubre.

Podeu trobar el contingut de la definició de l'esborrany aquí. Podeu utilitzar qualsevol dels mètodes següents per enviar-nos comentaris!

Podeu comprovar si l'esborrany de la definició i les subcategories s'alinea amb la vostra idea i experiència de lideratge en el moviment. A més, també ens podeu ajudar assenyalant les llacunes, potser algunes qualitats d'un líder o qualsevol altra cosa que falte a l'esborrany de la definició. Alternativament, podeu considerar si la definició s'aplica al vostre context cultural, lingüístic, comunitari o d'altres contextos del moviment i compartir els vostres pensaments amb nosaltres.

Al final del nostre període de comentaris, organitzarem dos trucades per a la comunitat global per a informar sobre el progrés en la definició, escoltar històries de lideratge de la comunitat i participar en una conversa oberta amb els membres de la comunitat.

Les trucades tindran una durada d'entre 60 i 90 minuts i inclouran una introducció de 20 minuts sobre l'objectiu de la convocatòria i actualitzacions sobre l'esborrany de la definició, seguida de debats oberts. Si us plau, inscriviu-vos amb antelació per a unir-vos-en.

Les converses tindran lloc en Zoom. Els enllaços a les reunions es proporcionaran en la pàgina uns dies abans que tinguen lloc. Les cridades no es gravaran. No és necessària la participació via vídeo o àudio; els participants poden participar mitjançant el xat de text.

Les trucades es realitzaran en anglès amb interpretació en directe en castellà i rus. Podem donar suport a la interpretació en directe per a 2 idiomes més per a cada trucada. Si us plau, afegiu una sol·licitud per al vostre idioma preferit. Es tindran en compte els idiomes amb més de 5 sol·licituds per al suport d'interpretació en directe.
