Zusammenfassung: Der Entwurf für eine Definition von Leadership, der von der Leadership Development Working Group [LDWG] erarbeitet worden ist, ist am 15. September für euer Feedback veröffentlicht worden. Der Feedbackzeitraum endet am 6. Oktober. Hiermit laden wir euch dazu ein, an Community Calls teilzunehmen, die online am Samstag, den 22. Community Calls

Die LDWG hat am 15. September 2022 einen Definitionsentwurf zur Einsicht durch die Community veröffentlicht. Wir sammeln Feedback und Kommentare bis zum 6. Oktober.

Du kannst den Definitionsentwurf hier finden. Du kannst die folgenden Kanäle nutzen, um uns dein Feedback mitzuteilen:

Überprüfe gerne, ob die allgemeine Definition und die Unterkategorien mit deiner Vorstellung von Leadership in der Bewegung übereinstimmen. Gerne kannst du auch nach Lücken Ausschau halten; vielleicht fehlen ja noch Qualitäten oder andere Dinge in diesem Entwurf einer Definition. Genauso kannst du auch gerne überprüfen, ob die Defintion in allen kulturellen, sprachlichen, Community- oder anderen Kontexten in der Bewegung funktioniert und uns deine Gedanken mitteilen.

Am Ende des Feedbackzeitraums werden wir zwei internationale Community Calls veranstalten, über den Fortschritt bezüglich der Definition zu berichten, um eure Erfahrungen mit Leadership zu zu hören und mit euch zu diskutieren.

Die Calls werden 60-90 Minuten lang sein und eine 20-minütige Einleitung über den Zweck des Calls bzw. Neuigkeiten über den Definitionsentwurf enthalten, gefolgt von offenen Diskussionen. Bitte melde dich vorher an, um teilzunehmen.

Die Calls werden auf Zoom stattfinden. Die entsprechenden Links werden auf dieser Seite ein paar Tage im Voraus veröffentlicht. Die Calls werden nicht aufgezeichnet. Es ist nicht notwendig, mit Video oder Audio teilzunehmen; du kannst über den Chat teilnehmen.

Die Gespräche werden auf Englisch geführt und live in Spanisch und Russisch gedolmetscht. Wir können die Live-Dolmetschung für 2 weitere Sprachen für jeden Anruf unterstützen. Bitte fügen Sie eine Anfrage für die von Ihnen bevorzugte Sprache hinzu. Sprachen mit mehr als 5 Anfragen werden für die Live-Dolmetschunterstützung berücksichtigt.
