Nominations for speedy deletion

Could you please be so kind as to stop posting repeatedly your nominations for speedy deletion on page Portuguese language issues and it's talk page and talk subpage?

Your ill informed behavior is hindering proper procedure that clearly states that "If you object, remove the template and discuss on the talk page." The "you" on that sentence refers to another user besides you and, as far as I can tell, includes me.

You are also posting your nominations on the talk page where the above discussion is supposed to occur.

If you require any guidance for your edits, please contact someone in the community that is willing to help you.

Checagem fraudulenta de Ruy Pugliesi!!!

Peço revisão imediata da verificação feita por Ruy Pugliesi nas últimas horas do seu mandato [1] e o meu desbloqueio, pois é evidente que não sou Guru2001. Também não foi nem pedida a verificação por ninguém, nem houve qualquer motivo justo para a verificação. E as evidências de comportamento são totalmente infundadas. Eu fui considerado relacionado com Guru2001 por fazer edições em política e no PT. Verifiquem minhas contribuições, eu nunca editei em política! As únicas edições foram incluir uma imagem da futura presidente da república [2], num artigo dos mais acessados e editados da Wikipédia. E no commons, eu apenas incluí a imagem que queria colocar na página da Dilma e depois votei na melhor imagem da Dilma. Isso não é edição política, como o Guru2001 era especializado. Então não há motivo válido para verificação e não há evidência de relacionamento entre as edições das duas contas. E se forem verificar os IPs é claro que não compartilhei IP com essa conta Guru2001. Esse meu bloqueio infinito é uma perseguição de Ruy Pugliesi, pois votei contra ele para o ArbCom [3] e outras votações que provavelmente não votei como ele queria. É uma questão de justiça essa revisão de checkuser, porque não tenho nada a ver com Guru2001 e a fundação Wikimedia não pode permitir que um editor use de uma função para inventar relações entre usuários que não existem, apenas para bloquear quem queira. Como você mesmo citou, isso foi divulgado algumas horas antes de encerrar o meu mandato. Não tive acesso aos registros, apesar de saber que estava sendo verificado, pois quando vi a divulgação eu já não era mais verificador. Além disso, o ArbCom disse que investigaria sua queixa. Com o caso nas mãos do ArbCom, eu não sendo mais verificador e dada a peculiaridade do caso divulgado horas antes do término do mandato, me pareceu desnecessário pedir ao Ruy Pugliesi que me passasse os registros. Someone here had already approached them about the page blanking, but there was a misunderstanding: they instructed the user to use the "move" button, but only logged-in users have that button. Hey, Minh Nguyễn! Thanks for coming here. Good to know you are handling that... I couldn't do anything else because of the language barrier. As I could notice, s/he is blanking pages created by others - which is almost always incorrect -, but apparently s/he just wants to change the title and we can't call it 'vandalism'. So, I was not sure if I should revert those edits. In january, I looked for an user on IRC that could speak to him. I found a sysop of vi.wikipedia (Neoneurone) that left that message, but he was ignored. Then this month the same IP started again with that huge blanking. If you can tell him/her the correct procedure (move instead of copy and paste) I bet s/he will listen to you. Thank you for the quick answer. I never asked for this discussion. I fear that you troll Wikipedia looking for things to remove, and this time you just made a mistake. When you say "removing unpolite comments" (impolite is better) in regard to the post you removed from this page, (see here: http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Teles&diff=2535670&oldid=2535628 ) what you really mean is removing comments that made you look foolish. It was impolite of you to remove my original post here: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Board_elections/2011#For_your_consideration. The reason you removed it was because you missed the humour in the post (I am not American, for example: the post was a droll & comical point about a serious problem at Wikipedia)… you misinterpreted this as some kind of rudeness, and removed it. When I corrected it you on that, you also removed my correction here, simply because it pointed out your mistake and perhaps momentarily made you look unintelligent. The real issue is this: you can't remove the truth. It will always be in the history of your page that you chose the wrong post to remove, and tried to hide the fact. In real life, you can't just click a mouse and remove your mistakes. To recap: you impolitely removed my post, and have yet to apologize. Don't make this any worse for yourself, Tele. You have chosen the wrong person to “edit”. Just apologize, and I'll forgive you. Lestaty, não acredito que tenha havido engano. Não foi algo que me disseram: eu vi, eu presenciei, eu estava lá no chat onde comentei que discordava da mesma foram que comento aqui.
Sinceramente, acredito em tudo que você diz. Não seria um pedido que mudaria seu voto, nem talvez foi isso que o fez lembrar de votar (apesar de achar estranho você ficar um mês sem editar e votar poucas horas depois da Béria e 555). Sua oposição já estava definida anteriormente. Eu acredito. Provavelmente, não há um erro seu em votar; o erro é pedir o voto de forma parcial. O que foi feito é o chamado votestacking, que, como você sabe, é o ato de "informar" seletivamente sobre a existência de uma votação, avisando apenas a usuários que tenham uma determinada posição. O 555 sabia que você seria contra e por isso informou a você sobre a eleição. Mesmo que você já soubesse dela e mesmo que isso não sirva pra alterar o seu voto, o canvassing está feito. Na minha opinião, apenas faltou que você se posicionasse contra esse comportamento, mesmo mantendo seu voto. Do contrário, acaba respondendo da forma pretendida e beneficiando passivamente a prática indevida. Não dá pra ficar em cima do muro; temos que tomar uma posição.
Não há "ataque". Tudo que falei foi uma mera descrição do que ocorreu. Não sei se já teve acesso aos registros; posso passá-lo a você já que faz parte do grupo se quiser e verá que as intenções são flagrantes. Translator, We need you!

Dear Teles,

You have helped us in previous years with translations and for that we are most grateful. Now we turn towards the 2011/12 fundraiser. It may seem forever away, but work has already begun getting everything ready to go. This year we want to have landing pages covering as many countries in as many languages as possible.

Right now, we want to figure out who is interested in translating for the fundraiser. This year we're hoping to have more of a solidified "core" group of translators that we can count on to have work done by a few key dates, but we'd also welcome help from people who are willing to just help out when they can.

Em resumo, usos indevidos ocorrerão se a segunda conta estiver sendo usada pra enganar a comunidade e tirar algum proveito disso, como votar mais de uma vez numa mesma página, comentar nas mesmas discussões pra aparentar que mais pessoas apoiam determinada ideia, participar de guerras de edição, ou outro tipo de ação se fosse feita por uma conta só seria inapropriada. Tem como verificar no meta um IP e uma conta registrada? Suspeito que sejam o mesmo usuário e que está contornando o bloqueio. PS.: As edições do IP são legais, só que está contornando bloqueio. Quando verificadores dizem que não farão ligações entre contas e IP, isso significa apenas que essa ligação não será 'revelada' publicamente, mas se houver necessidade, obviamente, verificadores terão acesso a essas informações. A privacidade de cada usuário deve ser preservada e, portanto, a exposição do IP publicamente deve ser evitada ao máximo. I'm blocked in faviki several time [11], and i want that tell you about them.

The end block is for 1 mounth, and the block reason is نقض قانون سه برگردان: اخلال توسط جنگ ویرایشی, and it's mean is en:WP:3RR and it's the history of article [12] that the three-revert rule don't revert by me. Then Behzad.Modares (He is administer in fawiki) delet two map that i added to article [13]

Hi, Ebrahimi-amir. I understand your message. I see that you can edit your user talk page while you are blocked and apparently are appealing your block, right? I hope other sysops can read your appeal and talk to you about your block. In these cases, the better thing to do is try to solve the issue locally first. Fa.wiki has plenty of active sysops and I think you should try them first. If anything goes wrong on this first trial, please write here again and I will be glad to help.
It is difficult to understand the whole problem as I don't speak the language, but maybe you can ask them to be unblocked by saying that you will avoid editing that article for a while. You can ask somebody uninvolved to mediate this conflict and keep discussing it on related discussion. Fala, Luiz! Pior que não sei se posso ajudá-lo muito. O ideal é só votar se tiver segurança de acordo com seus critérios.
Eu posso ligar a páginas que referem as funções de steward, que são aquilo que os stewards vão fazer: Steward, Steward handbook
"Steward requests" resume as páginas de pedidos a stewards, onde eles vão atuar respondendo a pedidos diversos. Boa parte do que é feito não é pedida ali apesar disso (pode ser pedida em privado, através do IRC, ou pode ser feita sem pedido algum se houver razão pra isso).
É possível tentar conhecer cada candidato, revirando seu histórico. Nas páginas das declaraçoes de cada candidato há ligações interessantes sobre as suas atividades em diferentes projetos, os estatutos que possui ou que já possuiu, o que ajuda a dar uma ideia da experiência de cada um.
Sendo candidato, eu não fico à vontade para dar mais do que essas informações genéricas. Espero que elas ajudem. Acho melhor não dar sugestão, pra não influenciar seu voto.
