Wikimedia Commons session in Maharashtra[edit]

CIS-A2K collaborated with various social organisations to document long struggles on Wiki during the Share Your Struggle 2021 (15 August 2021 - 15 September 2021), a public photo competition on Wikimedia Commons. WLM 2021 promotion in Maharashtra[edit]

CIS-A2K promoted WLM 2021 amongst photographers, students and journalists to document local heritage. Our institutional partners, PAH Solapur University and MGM University took initiative to organise online sessions on Wikimedia Commons. The photographers from Solapur, Sangli and Aurangabad and students of MGM college of Journalism participated in these events on 24 & 29 September 2021. Impact report[edit]

CIS-A2K submitted the "Impact Report" for the work-plan period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. CIS-A2K conducted and supported a series of Wiki-events and activities, and in this report, A2K gave more details related to the activities & also tried to illustrate the impact our work has made concerning supporting, facilitating and growing the work of the Wikimedia communities in India, and add follow-up plans or future ideas related to our areas of work read more...
