Harassment against me using IP addresses

Hello,
I am facing constant harassment from IP addresses for last 2 days in meta-wiki. Here is the list of IPs that are abusing and harassing me:

These are not isolated incidents but person(s) using similar IP range abused several admins in Telugu Wikipedia including me in last 10 days and got blocked in that Wiki. Now, they started abusing me in Meta-wiki and doing the same with other Telugu-Wikipedians like User:Chaduvari in wikidata. (Ex: d:Topic:U4ume8slho2hrgns, d:Topic:V00onsgihadgdobw).
Thanks to effort from Users working against vandalism, my Candidature page got protected, and talk page is marked for deletion and protection.
I would like to request sysops/bureaucrats to take necessary action against these activities and IPs. Thanks --Pavan santhosh.s (talk) 06:43, 1 July 2021 (UTC)

Request for patroller right

I'd like to request patroller right on Meta. Meta is the most active and biggest site of wikimedia projects. So it needs some patroller. Yanlış Engelleme

Good day everyone, my mother tongue is Turkish Wikipedia and I contribute there. I started to contribute today and I am trying to improve Wikipedia as much as I can because I love Wikipedia. My main reason is User "Eighty two hundred forty-five" who has Turkish Wikipedia administrator privileges has blocked me for no reason and He didn't even send any notification, please I request that he be unblocked. You can check my contributions on my Turkish Wikipedia page. I haven't had any harmful activities. I have 100 more changes, please, I want this injustice to be corrected, with all due respect. Hi there, I'm not an admin here, but I don't think meta sysops can do much since they have no or little rights on trwiki, unless of course, that's their home wiki or they were given rights there. But a global sysop can help. I can't think of any on the top of my head, but you might also want to ask that user on why they blocked you on meta.   • Not done Nothing we can do here. Meta isn't an appeal court, per WM:NOT. What we can do here is to help communicate, I will suggest you asking them what you had done wrong on their meta talkpage. If that isn't working, I will suggest approaching one other trwp sysop on their meta talkpage. Beyond that, options are few as projects have their independence and we won't interfere, unless if there is a pattern of major abuse, in that case, please file a RFC if needed noting the strict criterion. For these issues, global sysops can't help as they aren't allowed to use their tools even if it's a GS wiki as it isn't balant vandalism, xwiki spam etc. Camouflaged Mirage (talk) 09:52, 22 July 2021 (UTC)

Request for patroller right

Hi there, I'm just requesting for the patroller right so I can access the rollback tool. I don't do too much patrolling here, but when it get's quiet on other wiki's or I have nothing better to do, I often patrol meta.

I haven't made too much reverts, but given with the recent vandalism on my talk page, I would find the rollback tool quite effective and easy to revert. I've got rollback on 5 other WMF projects, with no issues to date.

@SHB2000 Leaving to someone else to evaluate, but just a note, we do not tag locked users with locked global account template unless it's done by the locking person (WMF or local), unless it's legal or foundation ban. @SHB2000 and Camouflaged Mirage: I just noticed that {{locked global account}} is transcluded in userspace here 351 times; surely, those cannot all be legal or foundation bans or Steward uses. I have never seen a Steward use it. I have used {{locked}} here 13 times because I did not know about {{locked global account}}. @Jeff G.@SHB2000 For more details, please read this. In short, we aren't wanting to leave memorials for LTAs and etc. Yeah, I know there are some transculsions, by some users (me included very early on on meta and my explanation is here). Well we don't really have a policy against but personally per DENY etc shall we not tag? I think tagging doesn't help much in some sense. Hope you will understand. Coming as a Wikivoyage admin myself, deny recognition is taken too far there (there's a user who has deleted every vandalism log that they have reverted, and I think hiding goes too far there), and I can completely understand here on meta where it hasn't gone overboard, and I don't think it will ever be. Actually this is getting way too long for someone else to review, and having reviewed your contributions, and sysop experience elsewere (and rollback), there is no reason for me not to grant directly (this is sort of intended use of the group), so considered it Done. @Medol @Capsot Hello, as far as I can see, Capsot was directly blocked (the request suggests it's a case of collateral damage). I think the regular appeal procedure should be used – via {{unblock}} template on their personal talk page. Then the administrators can assess and decide on the appeal.
