This page hosts requests for global permissions. To make a request, read the relevant policy (global rollback , global sysop , global rename , …) and make a request below. Explain why membership is needed for that group, and detail prior experience or qualifications.

This is not a vote and any active Wikimedia editor may participate in the discussion.

Global rollback and global interface editor requests require no fewer than 5 days of discussion while abuse filter helper and maintainer requests require no fewer than 7 days. Global renamer and global sysop requests require no fewer than 2 weeks of discussion. For requests that are unlikely to pass under any circumstances, they may be closed by a steward without further discussion (after a reasonable amount of input).

Requests for global rollback permissions

Please be sure to follow the instructions below:
Your request might be rejected if you don't follow the instructions, and not doing so would reflect poorly on your suitability.
Please also review the Global rollback policy.
Instructions for making a request

Before requesting, make sure that: You have sufficient activity to meet the requirements to be allocated the global rollback flag

To make a request
Copy the template below to the bottom of this section and explain of why you need the access and why you're suitable.
=== Global rollback for {{subst:u|{{subst:REVISIONUSER}}}} ===
{{sr-request
 |status    = <!-- don't change this line -->
 |domain    = global <!-- don't change this line -->
 |user name = {{subst:REVISIONUSER}} <!-- don't change this line unless you're nominating another user -->
}}
::''Not ending before {{subst:#time:j F Y H:i|+5 days}} UTC''

The request will be approved if consensus to do so exists after a period of consideration of no less than 5 days (with rare exceptions , no matter how obvious the result may seem). This is not a vote, and all input is welcome. Stewards will determine whether consensus exists; when doing so it is likely that the weight given to the input of those involved in cross-wiki work will be most influential.

Global rollback for कन्हाई प्रसाद चौरसिया

Not ending before 18 April 2021 15:43 UTC

I have been associated with Hindi Wikisource since January 2019 and am gradually getting involved with many language projects of Wikipedia. Although my editing has been more Hindi. I joined late as a member of SWT but my work has continued to function all wiki. While I am a Rollbacker on Hindi Wikipedia, I am using Twinkle prefence on all Wikipedia projects to prevent vandalism and to increase my contribution by making positive contributions on the lalanguages. So Global rollback permissions would help me a lot doing crosswiki vandalism fighting.

Neutral Neutral Your contribution in Hindi-based projects isn't bad (and I don't see a problem having Hindi-based rollbackers), but I would like to see some more experience handling vandalism on more projects, because GR applies everywhere. Leaderboard (talk) 16:51, 13 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Sir, as I mentioned above, I am doing the work of removing vandalism with positive edits in various Hindi projects like Hindi Wikisource, Wikipedia, wikibooks, Wiktionary, wikiquote, wikivoyage etc. It will be in Hindi language, so there is no problem in removing vandalism. Will be. And speaking of languages, the person who knows Hindi is able to work in other languages like Bhojpuri, Maithili, Nepali, Punjabi languages, and I am from Bengal so I write a little - read Bengali and English. . And as a matter of experience, I have edited some improvements on every wiki, From which it can be known whether I am able to remove the vandalisam or not. - कन्हाई प्रसाद चौरसिया (talk) 18:23, 13 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Neutral Neutral As you have said yourself, you have contributed mostly to the projects of Hindi and its surrounding languages as geographically in general. On your wikis with more than hundred edit, I see that you created a new page and edit categories with hotcat. I also specifically looked at your edits on wikis where less than your 20 edits. There are usually create new pages and some minor edits. I see on the GUC tool that you sometimes undo for non-constructive edits on some wikis. You have been more active since last month, but these are mostly on Hindi projects. These all contributions are good. But if you become a little more active in such edits on cross-wiki, why not? --Uncitoyentalk 15:28, 14 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
    Oppose Oppose I gave a chance with my neutral comment but as my personal reaction I change my opinion into oppose because of the serial non-justification support comments from non-very active Meta users. --Uncitoyentalk 18:03, 16 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Martin Urbanec: I welcome your thoughts Sir as well as I want to ask you as a prayer whether the block of a day goes away leaving a question mark forever. There is no way for him to move forward. Taking a look at the back of this blocked, sir, was this reason justified, due to which the blocked for one day was always the decision made by the manager, it is not right, it is not necessarily a mistake. it is such that you can see talk page due to some categories of discord / HERE] You do not get me wrong, Sir, I have no right, Sir, to prove myself right, I only wanted to tell the truth. For three years, my work seemed positive to him, why would he take a negative review of it today, Sir, perhaps the truth would be revealed to you.-- कन्हाई प्रसाद चौरसिया (talk) 10:05, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@1997kB: I liked it Sir, you have given your opinion, yet I would like to say something Sir, as you said that I kept talking about my bad revert, but there has been some reason for this, I want to tell that I still edit from mobile whose You will never see a reason that a slight remorse leads to a wrong revert. This mistake was caused by my smart rollbacker which I also mentioned on my talk page. [1] And you mentioned that I myself mentioned about the rollbacker removal as well as the always blocked because when a person is proven to be wrong while blocking them for one day and can erase those whom he can make in such a way. Due to this, people are probably a victim of blockage. When I was blocked for a day for good work, I wrote down due to morale. When I saw that my actions seemed positive for three years and had faith but not today, I proposed to remove the rollbacker as well as block it forever. Otherwise who will be the person who will give up the question of renouncing their revert facilities and being blocked forever. I thought that now I will do global work, hence proposed here.-- कन्हाई प्रसाद चौरसिया (talk) 11:05, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
