Informacje osobiste: Cały czas zajmuję się zwalczaniem miedzyprojektowych wandalizmów ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem długoletnich wandali i spamerów. Jestem łatwo dostepny na stewardzkim kanale IRC, tak by móc szybko reagować na nadchodzące zgłoszenia. Wydaje mi się, że w nadchodzącym roku będę w stanie utrzymać podobny poziom aktywności.

Comment I am aware of the concerns. They are of course valid, and I understand them. However, I am happy that Masti has responded, and I am satisfied enough with his response. Considering this, and that Masti is overall an active steward, I don't think it's worth losing him over this if he has learned from his mistakes. Thus, my keep vote remains. The distinction I see between masti and Tegel is that for Tegel it seems to be a one-off incident from last confirmation period (no double jeopardy!) and Tegel has responded to more recent talk messages whereas Masti hasn't responded to any since July. * Pppery * _{it has begun} 03:18, 7 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A generally helpful Steward, and even as my activity has declined on Wikimedia in general, I can only recollect good experiences when I think of Masti. That said, 1234qwer's comment above gave me some pause - the incident mentioned clearly does not look good, especially as communication and accountability are of paramount importance for a Steward. On the other hand, a look through Masti's talk page and contributions on plwiki suggests to me that they have generally been responding to talk page comments there, even if at times in the rather nonstandard way of going over to the talk page of the original poster (example). As problematic as the non-answering of 1234qwer's concerns here (for months, too) is, I find it difficult to establish that this is a general problem with Masti, moreso due to my interactions with them being generally positive. I don't know whether it's a good place to post my opinion or if I even have formal rights to do it, but nah... it might just be reversed or <del>'ed. A few days ago he has made a really nasty provocation with admin votimg procedure by putting the candidate with provocative note. Keep. While I don't want to feel people voting remove unheard, I personally see only a small issue that does not scale all the way to a need for removal. Most of the messages Masti has not replied are just mass-notification, I don't really see what one was supposed to reply to those. He did miss a couple of inquiries where his answer was indeed needed, but to be honest that is a normal although unfortunate thing when something like this happens occasionally, and unless we see a long term pattern and lack of willingness to amend it, I do not see a reason for rights removal. --Base (talk) 12:46, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
