وکی خواتین سے عشق پہل مناتا خواتین رہنماؤں کو کرتا ہے شی سیڈ ڈرائیو سے۔ یہ ڈرائیو کا مقصد مرئیت کو بہتر بناناخواتین کا جو وہ تخلیق نیا کرسکتے ہے یا پہلے سے موجود کو بہتر بناناWikiquote ان سے متعلق اندراجات۔
جو پہلے اکتوبر 2020 میں لانج ہویا، #شیسیڈ مہم وکی اقتباس ایک حیرت انگیز کامیابی ہوئی ہے! جو 7 زبانوں سے، 5ء جنوری 2021 تک، یہ مجموعی طور پر 867 نئے یا بہتر مضامین کے نتیجے ہوئے (زیادہتر نیا)۔ اطالوی ویکی اقتباس سب سے واضح زبان جیتھاتھا (405 مضامین) یوکرین کے ساتھ (187) و فرانسیسی (105) جو پیچھے اتنا قریب نہیں تھا۔ یہ حیرت انگیز نتیجہ تھا - شکر ہے آپ کیے لیے خواتین کی آواز سننے کی۔
The continuous growth in the number of articles created or edited with each edition showcases the sustained success of the campaign. It indicates a growing awareness and commitment from contributors around the world to bridge the gender gap in representation and recognition.

Why the SheSaid campaign?
To balance the representation of gender in the entries of Wikiquote.
صورت حال کو واضح کرنے کے لیے، یہاں چند دلچسپ اعداد و شمار ہیں:
- 6 اکتوبر 2020 کو انگریزی ویکی اقتباس کے مرکزی صفحہ پر، منتخب افراد سیکشن میں، 29 مرد نمایاں ہیں اور صرف 4 خواتین (دائیں طرف اسکرین شاٹ دیکھیں)۔
- فرانسیسی یا انگریزی ویکیپیڈیا پر 260 خواتین ہیں جنہوں نے مضامین شائع کیے ہیں... فرانسیسی ویکی اقتباس پر کوئی اندراج نہیں ہے۔
- انگریزی ویکیپیڈیا پر 162 خواتین ہیں جنہوں نے مضامین کو نمایاں کیا ہے بغیر ویکی اقتباس کے اندراج کے۔
- فرانسیسی ویکی اقتباس پر 777 خواتین اور 3504 مرد درج ہیں۔
ظاہر میں، سب خواتینوں نے نیں کہا ’’خوب اقتباسات‘‘ جو وکی اقتباس کو اندراج اس کے قابل ہے۔ پھر بھی۔ ۔ ۔
Impact
The #SheSaid campaign, launched in October 2020 on Wikiquote, has been an astounding success! Spanning across 7 languages, by January 5th, 2021, the campaign led to a total of 867 new or improved articles, with the majority being new contributions.
- Following Italian Wikiquote's remarkable contribution of 405 articles, Ukraine comes in the second place with 187 articles, and French takes the third spot with 105 articles.
The second edition was a resounding success, with 1500+ new Wikiquote entries created and improved in 9 languages!
In 2022, the 3rd edition of the campaign run from the 1st October to 31st December 2022 and resulted in 4158 articles created or imported and 1918 articles improved.
Communications
Creating visuals to promote the campaign and Wikiquote each edition is an effective way to engage the audience and generate interest in the initiative.
Visual materials like postcards, bookmarks, and banners which can serve as eye-catching reminders of the campaign's mission and encourage people to take part. They can be distributed at events, conferences, and other gatherings to attract attention and spark interest in Wikiquote and the importance of recognizing and celebrating women.
