「她说」计划2023年海报

“维基爱女性”行动发起“她说”计划，旨在在维基语录中增补更多女性名人的名言，让更多女性被世界看见。

“她说”计划发起于2020年10月，并取得了不小的成果！:）截至2021年1月5日，7个不同语言版本的维基语录新增了867句名言。意大利语维基语录新增405句，位列第一，而乌克兰语和法语维基语录位列第二和第三名！这是一个了不起的成就，谢谢大家让更多女性的声音被世界听到！

每个版本创建或编辑的文章数量持续增长，这展示了该活动的持续成功。 它表明世界各地的贡献者越来越意识到、并致力于弥合在代表性和认可度方面的性别差距。

在大家的积极参与下，“她说”计划取得了一次次的成功，但我们还有很多工作要做，因此，“她说”计划将在2022年再度启动。

爲什麽要發起“她説”项目？

2020年10月6日的英语维基语录截图。人物名单中只有三位女性（海倫·凱勒、艾蓮諾·羅斯福以及艾蜜莉·勃朗特）。

这是为了平衡维基语录条目中的性别比例。

为了描述现状，请看下列有趣的數據：

• 2020年10月6日，在英語維基語錄首頁當中的精選人物章節，展示了29位男性，而女性只有4位（請看右側的截圖）。
• 260位在法語和英語維基百科中都入选精选條目的女性人物在法語維基語錄中沒有任何条目。
• 162位在英语维基百科入选精选条目的女性人物沒有維基語錄条目。
• 在法語維基語錄上總共有777位女性以及3504位男性的语录条目。

在2023年9月的德語維基語錄，有375位女性拥有条目；相比之下，拥有条目的男性则有2876位。

当然，并非所有女性的发言都值得列入維基語錄條目。

影响

在博茨瓦纳举办的2022年「她说」计划活动

自2020年10月在维基语录上线以来，「她说」计划已取得惊人的成功！截至2021年1月5日，本计划已在7个语言版本中产生共计867个新建或改善的条目，其中大部分都是新贡献者。

意大利语维基语录以405个条目的突出贡献名列第一，乌克兰语维基语录以187个条目居于其后，而法语维基语录以105个条目的贡献位列第三。

The second edition was a resounding success, with 1500+ new Wikiquote entries created and improved in 9 languages!

Italian, with 836 new or improved articles and Tagalog with 308 new or improved articles, were the most active languages.

In 2022, the 3rd edition of the campaign run from the 1st October to 31st December 2022 and resulted in 4158 articles created or imported and 1918 articles improved.

The first place goes to the Italian Wikiquote with 1212 new or improved articles, followed by Tagalog with 1514 new or improved articles and English with 1003 new or improved articles.

Communications

Creating visuals to promote the campaign and Wikiquote each edition is an effective way to engage the audience and generate interest in the initiative.

Visual materials like postcards, bookmarks, and banners which can serve as eye-catching reminders of the campaign's mission and encourage people to take part. They can be distributed at events, conferences, and other gatherings to attract attention and spark interest in Wikiquote and the importance of recognizing and celebrating women.
