The SheSaid Philippines is an initiative of Filipino volunteers aimed at improving the visibility of women by creating new quote entries or improving existing quotations associated with them. This is in participation for the international SheSaid drive of Wiki Loves Women.
The aim is to recruit more volunteers to engage in the movement and inspire them to devote their skills to developing the Wiki projects.
This series of translate-a-thons, photowalks, and talks will be part of the #WikiForHumanRights22. An iteration of last year's Wiki para sa Karapatan Pantawo 2021, this project aims to translate to Tagalog and Central Bikol high-quality English Wikipedia articles that tackle climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution. This is to increase articles that allow access to neutral, fact-based, and current information about our Right to Healthy Environment. Community visits and photo walks will also be conducted to document environmental issues that are faced by the local community. Lastly, this project aims to improve the accuracy of Bikol Translation Tool by polishing all Bikol translations produced during Wiki para sa Karapatan Pantawo 2021 – 2022 campaign period.
The project will be a series of edit-a-thons in Central Bikol Wiktionary with a focus on incorporating audio recordings reproduced on both Lingua Libre and Spell4Wiki application. The Capacity building and Meet-ups of local Campaign Organizers and editors will be a space for strategic planning, collaborative learning, and building partnerships with mission-aligned organizations.

This is in participation of the international campaign of Wikipedia Pages Wanting Photos 2021. Our local Wikipedia projects will benefit from these edits through the uploading of appropriate photos for existing articles. The main objective of this project is for our local Wikipedia Projects to be involved in this international campaign. Articles will certainly be improved since they will be provided with the right photos supporting the article itself. The accumulated photos that are all available on Wikimedia Commons will find their place in articles located in Wikipedia. A stub article is common in our local Wikipedia, then adding a photo for it is another step of improving those stub articles.
This series of edit-a-thons will be part of the #WikiForHumanRights 2021. This is to increase content with regard to human rights, environmental health, and diverse communities impacted by environmental issues around the world and provide awareness through a simple lecture on how to protect and maintain healthy ecosystems. One of the project goals is to invite new editors with the same advocacy on preserving a healthy environment and prospect editors coming from different civic organizations for human rights.

When the entire country was put under the enhanced community quarantine, educators are forced to convert the traditional way of teaching into remote access learning. As a developing country, we are not prepared for this kind of teaching-learning environment. The main objective of this project is to equip teachers with free online teaching and learning resources through the use of Wikimedia-based projects. We will give emphasis on the use of the Philippine language Wikipedia such as Bikol Sentral, Cebuano, and Tagalog Wikipedia. We will also give an overview of other useful Wikimedia projects such as Wikimedia Commons, Wikibooks, etc.
