Global rollback for Tomybrz
- Global user: Tomybrz (edits (alt) • CA • global groups • crossactivity • verify 2FA)
After 2 months passed, i request global rollback permissions again, since i'm not very active on fr.wikipedia, i am currently more active on other projects (small wiki to deal against vandalism and Mediawiki (where i'm a admin)), i'm trusted on some projects and i have rollback experience on Mediawiki, fr.wikipedia and Meta. - Support, a rather strong support, many people will say too soon, but not me, Tomybrz have shown that he is a good antivandal and antispam volunteer. His work for SWMT is much appreciated by me, and I am sure many people will have same opinion as me. When I saw many Tomybrz revert didn't get marked by autoreviewrestore from GR package I ask Tomybrz why he's not a rollbacker yet and ask him to run for GR again, and he did (yes I confirm I ask Tomybrz to run for GR for his good revert crosswiki).--AldnonymousBicara? 18:37, 29 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support. Active and doing good work. Stryn (talk) 18:58, 29 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support. I opposed the first request and adviced him to re-apply in a few months. I also stated that he made a good start, and he has been actively participating on cross-wiki stuff. Two months of correct activity shows that he is now capable of holding the flag. Esteban16 (talk) 19:05, 29 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support. Good cross-wiki work lately - has improved severalfold since the last request. Hiàn (talk) 20:08, 29 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support. I thought about this for a while and I think I agree with the above comments after watching your crossactivity. Keep up the good work.--BRP ever 20:27, 29 April 2019 (UTC)

- Support. Per first round, good work so far and competent reverts. I did dig deeper and found the 5 reverts of zhwp unnecessary, just a note that not all crosswiki abusers edits are harmful, some may just be spacing etc. Aside from that, good xwiki activity and understands the tool, so why not?--Cohaf (talk) 05:06, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- And, when will Cohaf ask for GR? ;) .--AldnonymousBicara? 05:08, 30 April 2019 (UTC)

Global rollback for Eihel
- Global user: Eihel (edits (alt) • CA • global groups • crossactivity • verify 2FA)
Hello, I am part of SWMT since about six months. GR would be a useful tool for continuing the fight. I hope this application will be appreciated with my pedigree. Best regards. --Eihel (talk) 16:38, 30 April 2019 (UTC)

- Sorry, I don't think you're ready yet for global rollback, especially considering I recently declined your rollback request on the Simple English Wikipedia due to issues distinguishing good faith and vandalism, and handling such differences. Thanks, Vermont (talk) 17:01, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- It was two months ago and I did not have a complaint. --Eihel (talk) 18:42, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- Eihel, rejected for being too soon and rejected for being unable to identify AGF vs Vandalism is different.--AldnonymousBicara? 04:04, 1 May 2019 (UTC)
- It was two months ago and I did not have a complaint. --Eihel (talk) 18:42, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose. I certainly do think Eihel has been doing good cross-wiki work, but similarly to Vermont, I still have my reservations about their competence and ability to distinguish good faith and vandalism. I'd be happy to support in the future, now just isn't the time. Hiàn (talk)/editing on mobile account 17:22, 30 April 2019 (UTC)

Global IP block exempt for Bugtrio
- Global user: Bugtrio (edits (alt) • CA • global groups • crossactivity • verify 2FA)
As a user from Turkey, I have to use a VPN service in order to access Wikipedia and since most of the IPs from the VPNs are blocked, I cannot contribute anymore even when I want to. Please consider providing me with a GIPBE, thanks, --Bugtrio (talk) 14:50, 27 April 2019 (UTC)
- Done.--HakanIST (talk) 20:50, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
Global IP block exempt for Bxxiaolin
- Global user: Bxxiaolin (edits (alt) • CA • global groups • crossactivity • verify 2FA)
As English wikipedia also blocked by GFW in China, I have to use VPN to access Wikipedia. But I can't edit any article in English Wikipedia. So, I need a global exemption. Thanks! --Bxxiaolin (talk) 12:18, 28 April 2019 (UTC)
- Global IPBE don't exempt you from local enwp IP blocks Bxxiaolin. A enwp IPBE will also be needed.--Cohaf (talk) 12:21, 28 April 2019 (UTC)
- I've added IPBE on enwiki. Looking at their contribs, Global IPBE might still be required. zzuuzz (talk) 20:22, 28 April 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks Zzuuzz. I also think a global IPBE will be needed.--Cohaf (talk) 13:28, 29 April 2019 (UTC)

Global IP block exempt for 丁子君
- Global user: 丁子君 (edits (alt) • CA • global groups • crossactivity • verify 2FA)
I live in PRC for a long period of time every year. During this time I would not be able to edit or even access Wikipedia without using VPN as Wikipedia is blocked in PRC, thus I need a global IPBE in order to contribute in projects other than zhwp and lzhwp. Thanks! --丁子君 (talk) 00:59, 29 April 2019 (UTC)
- An enwp IBPE maybe needed. Thanks all.--Cohaf (talk) 13:30, 29 April 2019 (UTC)

- Novak Watchmen, out of curiosity, have you ever opposed a request? Vermont (talk) 15:52, 29 April 2019 (UTC)
- @Vermont: "Wherever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine". --Novak Watchmen (talk) 02:23, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- @Novak Watchmen: Do you realise just how problematic this can be? Hiàn (talk)/editing on mobile account 13:40, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- Question: , hello JJBullet did you ask to be a renamer or to be renamed?--AldnonymousBicara? 15:40, 29 April 2019 (UTC)
- I'm asking to be a renamer ~~ JJBullet 08:12, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose assuming they're asking for the right and not a rename itself. a little over 500 edits isn't sufficient for even basic rights on most projects let alone something as sensitive as a global renaming right. Praxidicae (talk) 20:10, 29 April 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose regardless of why they're applying, they have less than 600 global edits. I'm assuming this is meant for SRUC, but opposing for the record. TonyBallioni (talk) 20:13, 29 April 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose per above. Concerns with limited experience. -FASTILY 02:06, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose Insufficient experience. –Ammarpad (talk) 08:19, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose, per this users answer to me, thank you for volunteering, but you don't have the related experience for this role, (Special:diff/19055842#Global_rename_for_JJBullet) is example of carelessness, requester for advanced rights should know to not place request on the incorrect section, I expect a renamer to be a careful person/user, there are also concern about your Special:CentralAuth/JJBullet other kind of inexperience, 592 editcount and 570 of them only from one single wiki show us that you are too new to understand many policy on each local wikis, especially for renaming. Once again, thank you for volunteering but we want a competent and experienced user for the role.--AldnonymousBicara? 08:25, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose No replies to my question and lack of experience and demonstrated need. Thanks for volunteering though. I will advise very strongly not to apply for any further rights as you asked in English Wikipedia AWB, EVC, ACC, Rollbacker, MMS all within a very short period of time and this high concentration to user space makes me wonder what's your take on contributing to Wikipedia? Write more articles, help to improve some articles or if you wish, try to counter some vandals, make accurate VIP reports. Be back in 1 year and I'm sure you will be a good candidate to being a Global Renamer. Thanks again--Cohaf (talk) 09:04, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose. Absolutely not. 500 edits isn't remotely close to what is an acceptable edit count - furthermore your edit distribution on enwiki isn't indicative of someone who is experienced with editing. Cohaf also raises several good points. Come back after gaining more experience. Hiàn (talk)/editing on mobile account 13:38, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- Per above concerns. Also, where is the reason of this request? --Stïnger (会話) 14:28, 30 April 2019 (UTC).
- Oppose No rationale for request, no experience in the renaming area. IMO this should be SNOW close. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 14:42, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
- Not done - early closure after initial comments. If you are requesting a rename, please visit SRUC and we would be happy to help there. Otherwise, please get some more experience across Wikimedia before applying for these rights again. – Ajraddatz (talk) 15:06, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
