Global blocks don't affect Meta-Wiki, so if your IP address or account is blocked, you can still appeal here. IP addresses or accounts that cause disruption on Meta should be reported at Meta:Requests for help from a sysop or bureaucrat instead of here so that they can be blocked locally.

Please describe the kind of cross wiki abusive activity you see from the IP or account. Saying an IP or account is a long term abuser is not helpful, but saying "IP vandalizes at ban.wikipedia, no.wikipedia and vi.wikipedia" is. This is especially important for range blocks. If you do not provide enough details, your request might be declined.

There is xwiki spam (currently deleting) and showing in abuselog from this range from IP addresses for the past few days. Seems limited to the /24. Uncertain what is there for accounts. Reason: Spam-only accounts. Both accounts have very limited edits except for this entity. Aflantwo created the page on Wikidata. Then, Feloniii created the (now-deleted) Simple Wiki, which was deleted for the lack of notability, It is now being created by the master editor on TR, ES, TK and UR. Eltomas2003 is an LTA/sockmaster from Enwiki who falls under 3X community bans. He is additionally banned from Commons, IRC, and as of today, WP:Discord. Unrelated to WMF but tangent, he's blocked across many Fandom/Wikia projects as well. His history on meta shows that he uses it to circumvent his block on enwiki and to continue trying to engage Enwiki admins via their Meta pages. This lock request follows his Discord ban, which was applied after he started praising sockpuppetry. Following the ban, he started using Meta to email me and contact me via my user talk, which I've requested he stop, but he continues. Walking through his contribs reveal this is a long term pattern. Although I'm not fluent in Wikisource policy, this exchange is concerning and apparently on-going, and shows him attempting to use other projects to circumvent his Commons block as well as some sort of disruptive "testing the abuse filter" Ferret (talk) 21:36, 4 August 2020 (UTC)

@Ferret: Actually, I have only uploaded these files in the local english wikisource only. The english wikisource discourages such files from being kept locally. Wikisource exempts these files because they are in the project scope. In the case of abuse filter tests. The other reason why I edit wikimedia projects is because I want to point out elements of mediawiki that may be exploited. These tests used a special test page that were separate from any other part of wikisource. I stopped when Xover told me that I had no reason to do these tests. I told you that I wouldn't contact you again. But I think I'll make an exception on clarifications. (P.S: The purpose of Meta-wiki is to serve as a coordination hub for all wikimedia projects. right, we better see it at local level, it's more of a content dispute. Surprisingly where they are really good on enwiki, on commons and hiwiki, mrwiki they have made many controversial edits in Muslim related articles and files. Like unexplained removal of categories and see also links. Introduction of deliberate errors on some pages. But doesn't fit the global lock criteria. X-wiki sockpuppeteer and socks. Urgal, SmooveMike and Machr123 currently blocked on de.wiki, en.wiki, and Commons. Other socks indef'ed on mix of de.wiki, en.wiki, and commons. To the extent it matters, there may also be username issues: in the context of, for example, uploading Hitler portrait, editing related to Hitler's grandfather, Kraft durch Freude, AfD politicians, etc. the name Rade Prica seems to be a transposition of "d" and "c" (i.e., Race Prida(e)); ArjenRobben1990 may relate to Aryan (Arjen); more of a stretch, but given foregoing apparent slight misspellings, Urgal may be anagram of Lagur (Lager - German for camp, as in Konzentrationslager)); etc. Эlcobbola _talk 21:01, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
