Affiliations Committee (dříve známý jako Chapters Committee, hovorově AffCom) je Komunitou Wikimedia řízený výbor, jehož úkolem je radit Správní radě nadace Wikimedia při schvalování nových poboček hnutí: národních a subnárodních poboček, tematických organizací a uživatelských skupin.
Výbor byl zřízen 15. ledna 2006 rozhodnutím správní rady spolu s několika dalšími výbory Wikimedia. Jeho původní mandát zahrnoval koordinaci rozvoje poboček Wikimedia- které byly v té době v rané fázi organizace - a také usnadnění komunikace mezi jednotlivými kapitolami a mezi kapitolami a Nadací Wikimedia.
V roce 2012 byla na základě diskuze o společenství a následného rozhodnutí správní rady rozšířena působnost výboru o tematické organizace a skupiny uživatelů. V souladu s tímto usnesením výbor vypracoval jeho statut, který byl v srpnu oficiálně schválen správní radou, čímž byl dokončen přechod na Přidružovací výbor.
Přidružovací výbor vydává doporučení Správní radě ohledně uznání, schválení a existence přidružených poboček hnutí Wikimedia a usnadnění zakládání těchto organizací. Jinými slovy, výbor pomáhá wikimediánům z celého světa spojovat se do poboček, tematických organizací a uživatelských skupin a získat oficiální uznání od Nadace Wikimedia.
Můžeme vás provést procesem založení vaší organizace tím, že vám pomůžeme připravit stanovy, odpovíme na otázky týkající se toho, co nadace od pobočky očekává, poskytneme vám pomoc a radu při řešení běžných technických otázek, otázek týkajících se ochranných známek, administrativy a budování komunity a v případě potřeby vám schválíme omezenou finanční podporu na zahájení činnosti (například na pokrytí nákladů na registraci a realizaci počátečních projektů).

The Affiliates Committee comprises volunteers selected for their enthusiasm and their skills in community organising, cross-cultural communication, reviewing bylaws, and providing governance advice for emerging organisations. There are currently 7 (seven) voting members with terms of three years each.
Voting members of the Committee are helped by non-voting advisors. Advisors provide the Committee with on-the-ground experience, language skills, and governance advice, and are able to take part in discussions at subcommittee meetings.
Certain Wikimedia Foundation staff members support the Committee in its operations and help the Committee to function effectively. They are actively present on the Affiliations Committee's non-public mailing list and internal wiki, and may provide advice to the Committee based on their knowledge and expertise. They are not voting Committee members.
The Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees appoint liaisons to the Committee to facilitate communication and coordination between the Committee and the Board. The liaisons shall be the Committee's primary point of contact with the Board, and shall serve to update the Board on the Committee's activities and update the Committee on relevant Board activities. They may request information related to the Committee's operations as necessary to carry out their role. They are not voting Committee members.
