Komiteti i përkatësive (më parë i njohur si Komiteti i kapitujve, si dhe AffCom) është komuniteti i komuniteteve të Wikimedia e besuar në këshillimin e Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees në aprovimin e lëvizjeve të filialeve të rinj: kapituj kombëtarë ose nënkombëtarë, organizma tematike dhe grupe përdoruesish.
Komiteti i u krijua në 15 Janar 2006 nga një rezolutë e Bordit të të Besuarve, së bashku me disa Komitetet Wikimedia të tjera. Mandati i tij i parë përfshinte koordinimin e zhvillimit të kapitujve Wikimedia — të cilat në atë kohë ishin në një fazë të hershme të organizimit — po ashtu edhe thjeshtëzimi i komunikimit në mes dhe midis kapitujve në Fondacionin Wikimedia.
Në 2012, pas një diskutimi të komunitetit dhe pas një rezolute të Bordit të të Besuarve, qëllimi i Komitetit u zgjerua që të përfshijë organizata tematike dhe grupet e përdoruesve. Në pajtim me rezolutën, Komiteti hartoi statutin e saj i cili u aprovua zyrtarisht nga Bordi në Gusht, duke përfunduar tranzicionin në Komitetin e përkatësive.
Komiteti i përkatësive është përgjegjës për bërjen e rekomandimeve tek Bordi i të besuarve për njohjen, aprovimin dhe ekzistencën e përkatësivë në lëvizjen Wikimedia po ashtu për lehtësimin e krijimit të këtyre organizmave. Në fjalë të tjera, Komiteti ndihmon Wikipedianët nga e gjitë bota që të vetë-organizohen në kapituj, organizma tematike ose grupe përdoruesish, dhe të fitojnë njohjen zyrtare nga Fondacioni Wikimedia.

The Affiliates Committee comprises volunteers selected for their enthusiasm and their skills in community organising, cross-cultural communication, reviewing bylaws, and providing governance advice for emerging organisations. There are currently 9 (nine) voting members with terms of three years each.
Voting members of the Committee are helped by non-voting advisors. Advisors provide the Committee with on-the-ground experience, language skills, and governance advice, and are able to take part in discussions at subcommittee meetings.
Certain Wikimedia Foundation staff members support the Committee in its operations and help the Committee to function effectively. They are actively present on the Affiliations Committee's non-public mailing list and internal wiki, and may provide advice to the Committee based on their knowledge and expertise. They are not voting Committee members.
The Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees appoint liaisons to the Committee to facilitate communication and coordination between the Committee and the Board. The liaisons shall be the Committee's primary point of contact with the Board, and shall serve to update the Board on the Committee's activities and update the Committee on relevant Board activities. They may request information related to the Committee's operations as necessary to carry out their role. They are not voting Committee members.
