• Review of July 28 WMF Brand team presentation deck to to the Board of Trustees: Project history and Timeline.

• Strategy/Wikimedia movement/2018-20/Transition/Events Outline/Draft and Strategy/Wikimedia movement/2018-20/Transition/List of Initiatives
• Wiki 20 Countdown and potential for a Wikimania-like online event in January and activities around the anniversary

Summary of meeting

About 15 participants attended our first session. There was a presentation from the WMF Brand Project team, and then a round of questions-and-answers. We transitioned to community executive session, and followed up on this issue, as well as the planning of future meetings.

About 50 participants attended our second session. There was a presentation from the WMF Brand Project team, then a round of questions-and-answers. We followed with a presentation from the WMF Strategy Transition team, and another round of questions-and-answers. We transitioned to community executive session, and followed up on these issues, as well as the Universal Code of Conduct and the planning of future meetings. There was support for holding monthly SWAN meetings, as well as for adopting techniques like quiet collaborative writing breaks to stimulate broader participation during the meetings.
