This is not a vote and any active Wikimedia editor may participate in the discussion.
Global rollback and global interface editor requests require no fewer than 5 days of discussion while abuse filter helper and maintainer requests require no fewer than 7 days. Global renamer and global sysop requests require no fewer than 2 weeks of discussion. For requests that are unlikely to pass under any circumstances, they may be closed by a steward without further discussion (after a reasonable amount of input).
Please note that Global rollbackers discussions are not votes. Comments must present specific points in favor of or against a user's approval.

I'll use it on tr.wikipedia.org with no redirect moves functionality and to rollback systematic vandalism in other language versions of articles.

I understand you. I'm one of the leading patroller at tr.wikipedia.org. I can only use this when I encounter vandalism in other language versions of articles. I have shown with references that I have the hardware. Vandalism is global and I know what it is. It is clear that I know the terms concretely. Hello everyone, thanks for reading my request. I have been active in cross-wiki maintenance and antiabuse tasks for a bit over a year, and became an admin on Meta-Wiki in May 2021. Since then I have gained a lot of experience in dealing with small wikis, submitting numerous reports to GSR as well as indirectly interacting with them by editing global abuse filters and the title blacklist. To act more efficiently in these areas, I would like to request global sysop permissions, and have also been encouraged to do so by a couple other editors. More recently I was granted sysop access on Commons, so I believe I am trusted enough for this role. I am familiar with the GS policy and am only going to use the tools in uncontroversial situations where no local admins are available, as I already do with my requests. When you give someone global rename rights, please add them to the list of global renamers and ask them to subscribe to the global renamers' mailing list.
