Talk:Wikimedia Community User Group Math

This user group is called "Math", but the content pages says it's just about "improv[ing] the display and retrieval of mathematical formulae", which is a FAR NARROWER focus than "math". Should the group's name be changed, or should the content page's introduction be changed? Michael Hardy (talk) 21:33, 6 June 2019 (UTC)

I made an attempt to to resolve this issue by change the sentence to "While our long term objective is to make mathematical knowledge better accessible to every human being in close collaboration with the Wikimedia 2030 movement, our short term objective is to coordinate the global activities to improve the display and retrieval of mathematical expressions". @Michael Hardy: does that resolve the issue?--Physikerwelt (talk) 09:25, 12 July 2019 (UTC)

[edit]

There are probably more important things, but when I came across this page again and somehow wanted to create a logo. What do you think?--Debenben (talk) 20:53, 23 June 2019 (UTC)
